Hiring Subcommittee Tech set up

We are requestig that the tech department set up video conference in this space before 12pm meeting and to provide necessary information prior for me to commuicate to Meridian School attendee who will be videoconferencing in. We would also like to establsih phone conferencing in case the video conferencing does not work - either on our end or their end.
